Meet the Presenters
Kyla is driven by a mission to inspire others to embrace a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She believes in the transformative power of the mind-body connection and is passionate about guiding individuals toward alignment, strength, and overall well-being. With a focus on functional movement and lifelong wellness, Kyla strives to empower others to move confidently and live vibrantly.
As a presenter and educator, Kyla has worked with hundreds of fitness professionals around the world, blending her passion for teaching with her comprehensive knowledge of movement and holistic health. Her workshops, presentations, and certifications focus on empowering individuals with practical skills and innovative approaches, inspiring them to make a positive impact in their communities. Through her work, Kyla continues to lead by example, fostering growth and collaboration within the fitness industry.
Fleur has been a physiotherapist at the Group Health Centre since 2011. She has completed extensive professional development in pelvic health and chronic pain management and has spent the past decade primarily working as a pelvic health physiotherapist. Her work focuses on patient-centred, evidence-based care, with an emphasis on education, collaboration, and helping patients better understand their bodies and treatment options.
Outside of her professional practice, Fleur is kept busy with her two children, coaches figure skating, and enjoys spending time with her family-whether at camp or at the rink.
Carol has been a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at the Group Health Centre for the past 25 years. In her current role, she works closely with the Gynecology Department to help improve access to women's health services for Group Health Centre. She is also involved in providing annual Pap / HPV clinics for women who do not have a primary care provider.
Providing accurate information and practical guidance to support women's individual health concerns has always been central to Carol's practice. She hopes this session will equip participants with knowledge and confidence to guide meaningful conversations with their healthcare providers around the changes and challenges of perimenopause and menopause.
