All proceeds from the dinner will support the Group Health Centre Trust Fund for much needed medical equipment. A portion of the book and print sales will go to Jamestown Strong, a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in Jamestown.

Soup: Minelli’s famous cappelletti in chicken broth.
First Course: Meat Ravioli and meatballs in Minelli’s sauce.
Salad: Crispy Iceberg lettuce with carrots, cabbage, and tomatoes in an olive oil vinaigrette.
Second Course: Chicken Cordon Bleu, Cabbage Rolls braised in chicken broth, Syrian Baba Ghanoush, and English Jacket Potatoes.
Dessert: Bannock with mixed berries compote dusted with icing sugar and ice cream.
Coffee, Espresso, Tea, and Cedar Tea included.
