RULES OF PLAY:
HOW EACH GAME IS PLAYED:
1. Players must be at least 18 years of age and live in Ontario to purchase tickets and to win.
2. Tickets are purchased online at https://bigwishlottery.ca until Tuesday, February 15, 2022 4:45pm (EST)
3. Tickets purchase in person will be available until January 14, 2022 5:00pm (EST) at locations throughout Sault Ste. Marie
4. Ticket price is $25 / ticket.
5. The draw will take place on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 5:00 pm EST.
6. Ten draws for $1,000 each will be drawn first and any tickets drawn will automatically be eligible for the remaining $1,000 prize draws and the grand prize draw of $100,000.
7. There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased by any one individual.
8. Tickets are only valid for the draw date for which they are purchased (Tuesday, February 15, 2022).
9. A winning ticket holder does not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.
10. The winning ticket number will be presented to the public immediately following the draw.
11. The winning ticket number will be posted for a minimum of 30 days on bigwishlottery.ca
12. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the conclusion of the raffle at the Group Health Centre Trust Fund office.
13. Group Health Centre Trust Fund employees, spouses and dependents are not eligible to enter the draw. The Sault Ste. Marie and District Group Health Association Board of Trustees, Board of Directors and the GHC Executive Team, their spouses and dependents are not eligible to enter the draw.
14. All prizes will be paid to the winner by cheque in Canadian funds.

PRIZE VALUE FOR EACH GAME:
• Ten (10) individual draws for $1,000 each
• One (1) Grand Prize draw for $100,000
QUANTITY AND PRICE OF FIXED PRIZE RAFFLE TICKETS TO BE SOLD:
• The price of one ticket is $25.00
• 15,000 tickets are available for purchase
• All physical tickets sold before January 14, 2022 will be entered into the Bump 50:50 platform
- The number of physical tickets sold will be deducted from 15,000 and the remaining number of tickets will be available for purchase online
• After January 14, 2022 only online tickets will be available for purchase
Methods for determining winners
• Electronic stub draw through BUMP 50:50 electronic raffle for a fixed prize amount
• All physical tickets sold will be manually entered into the Bump 50:50 platform
• Ten prize draws of $1,000 each will be drawn first. The drawn ticket numbers will automatically qualify for the remaining subsequent $1,000 prize draws and the grand prize draw through the BUMP online electronic raffle solution
• The grand prize draw of $100,000 takes place immediately following the ten $1,000 prize draws.
• Ticket sales close:
- electronic 4:45 pm (EST), Tuesday, February 15, 202
- printed (physical) 5:00pm (EST), Friday, January 14, 2022
• The winning ticket numbers will be drawn on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 5:00pm (EST) at the Group Health Centre Trust Fund Office, 65 Willow Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie ON
• The winner(s) will be contacted directly by a Group Health Centre Trust Fund employee. A public announcement on The Group Health Centre Trust Fund’s website and social media platforms will follow.
REFUNDS:
• Individuals who purchased a ticket for our original draw date are eligible for a refund if a paper or electronic ticket
purchase(s) was made between December 1, 2021 and January 14, 2022
• The deadline for refunds is Friday, February 4, 2022
- 5 business days are required to remove the tickets from Bump 50:50 electronic draw platform
• Eligibility can be verified and refunds will be processed through THE GROUP HEALTH CENTRE TRUST FUND OFFICE during regular business hours (Mon to Fri - 8:30am to 4:30pm)

• Refunds cannot be issued at the location of purchase. Refunds can only be issued by The Group Health CentreTrust Fund Office.
• In order to process a refund, you must have valid identification or proof of purchase.
Note that due to the current provincial roadmap to reopen guidelines, visitors are not allowed in The Trust Fund Office without an appointment. If your refund requires a personal visit in order to complete the refund process, a member from the Trust Fund team will contact you and arrange an appointment and provide you with theinstructions on screening procedures at 240 McNabb Street before visiting The Trust Fund Office at 65 Willow Avenue.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES:
• Unclaimed prizes will be secured and placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw.
• If at the end of the six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority. This raffle will be conducted by “The Group Health Centre Trust Fund”.
